Growth in the WBA-Community

With immense pleasure, we welcome two new cooperation members into our community.

On the one hand, the Makino Milling Machine Co., Ltd. – a well-known technology and service provider in the tool and die industry. Makino’s broad range of first-class products includes machining centers for parts production as well as tool and molds, with a wide spectrum of applications in the aerospace, automobile, construction machine, agricultural machine, industry component and microtechnology industries. Makino Europe employs 280 people at its technology centers and branches with a focus on marketing, sales, application technology and service in Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Slovakia, Poland and Russia.

On the other hand, the Springer GmbH – Pressing Plant and Structural Automation with its headquarters in Stuhr. It currently employs about 195 staff members. The factory space covers 10,500 m². Springer offers a complete product and service portfolio in the area of complete system integration for the automation of pressing plants and structural automation. The core business is comprised of the development, design, production and assembly of systems and components for pressing plant and structural automation for the worldwide automobile industry and its suppliers.
